By using railcompany.co or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are. Rail Company is a small clothing label operating from Idaho, United States.

Products. Every piece we sell is finished by hand and produced as a single unit. Because of this, colour, distressing, fading, and finish vary from piece to piece. Product photographs show the actual garment you will receive. Screen colour reproduction varies between devices, so exact shade may differ from what you see.

Availability. Stock is limited to what is listed. Once a piece sells, it is gone. We do not restock and do not take backorders.

Pricing and errors. All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep listings accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors in price, description, or availability at any time, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order because of a pricing error, you receive a full refund.

Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, an unverifiable address, or a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and risk. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel delivered to the address you supplied.

Returns. All sales are final. Damaged or incorrect orders are covered under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. The Rail Company name, logo, designs, photographs, and site content belong to us. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.

Acceptable use. Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to breach its security, and do not scrape or copy it for a competing purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rail Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
