Why is everything one of one?
Each piece is finished by hand. The bleach lands differently every time and the distressing is done piece by piece, so no two garments come out the same. What you see in the photographs is the exact hoodie you receive.
How do the navy hoodies get their colour?
Bleach on navy does not lift toward a lighter blue. It turns pink. Each hoodie is bleached by hand, which means the pattern and depth of colour vary from piece to piece.
Which size should I take?
Measure a hoodie you already own and like, then compare it to the flat measurements on the Size Guide. If you are between sizes and want a looser fit, take the XL.
How should I wash it?
Cold water, inside out, hung to dry. Avoid the dryer. The distressing is deliberate, but heat will accelerate it beyond where it was left.
Are the thread pulls and uneven fading defects?
No. That is the intended finish. Every piece is inspected before it ships, and anything structurally wrong would not have gone out.
When will my order ship?
Within two business days, by USPS Ground Advantage. Transit is typically two to five days depending on where you are. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. If you are elsewhere and want a piece, send an email and we will see what postage looks like.
Can I return it?
All sales are final. Because there is a single unit of each piece, there is nothing to exchange it against. Damaged or incorrect orders are covered under our Return Policy.
